Inside the CPSC, Boaz served as Chief Counsel to Commissioner Marietta Robinson. Commissioners vote on rulemaking, CPSC's Operations Plan, civil penalties, and recalls. They also oversee all the agency's functions. Before joining Neal Cohen Law, Boaz was Counsel at Keller and Heckman, one of the most respected product safety practices in the country.
Before the CPSC, Boaz was a securities enforcement and class action litigator at Dewey & LeBoeuf, then a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission running federal enforcement matters.
